Construction of 10 cottage homes
▪ Phase Two:
Construction of the main lodge that will house 14 luxury assisted living
apartments. Residents of the cottages will have priority access to
the amenities of the main lodge, such as:
- dining services
- full calendar of monthly activities
- beauty parlor
- fitness center
- wellness clinic with a registered nurse
Phase Two will also include the construction of
4 additional cottage homes.
